Privacy at a glance
What each client sends home, where it points new users, and whether it fetches link previews. 19 of 95 clients name an analytics or crash-report SDK in their dependencies or document telemetry.
“SDKs in manifests” comes from the collector: a dependency file names Sentry, PostHog, Matomo, Firebase Analytics or similar. Named is not the same as switched on; the “Telemetry” column is an AI agent's reading of the client's docs or code (opt-in, opt-out) where it looked, not checked by a person. URL previews fetched by the client or the homeserver can reveal what you read.
